IT Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee our Australian operations.
This role will involve collaborating with various business functions, aligning APAC IT strategy with local requirements, and ensuring uptime and system reliability.
The successful candidate will have extensive IT experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain management, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the APAC IT function with stakeholders in Australia.
- Champion uptime, system reliability, incident management, and service standards.
- Lead the implementation of global initiatives such as WMS conversions and data analytics.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, onboarding, and corporate applications teams.
- Engage with strategic customers and participate in regular meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
- Proven success in stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
- Deep understanding of logistics/warehouse processes.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity.
