Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and delivering actionable insights through data analysis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to business intelligence requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business innovation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with JIRA.
  • Knowledge of ETL and SQL, including building data models and writing complex queries.
