Business Intelligence Insights Specialist

The role of Business Intelligence Insights Specialist is to drive a culture of data-driven decision making across various teams, including client services, finance, product, technology, marketing, people, legal, and sales.

This specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business needs and develop insights capabilities, presentations, and models to guide strategic decision making.

The Business Intelligence Insights Specialist's advanced analytics skills will help surface insights, guide business decisions, and proactively identify opportunities and threats.

  • Surface insights from multiple data sources to support complex operational decision making.
  • Provide analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics across various business areas and develop actionable insights for leadership.
  • Influence leadership by proactively seeking and framing opportunities and identifying business risks.
  • Develop solutions that deliver critical data-driven insights and decision metrics proactively and at scale.

This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The Business Intelligence Insights Specialist must be able to work independently in a rapidly growing environment and handle multiple competing priorities with attention to detail and organizational skills.
