About the Role:

We're seeking a performance-driven and creative professional to lead community-led demand generation initiatives for continued growth in the mid-market segment. This role is ideal for a digital-first marketer with a strong background in B2B SaaS and deep expertise in community engagement, content repurposing, and paid media—especially across Reddit, LinkedIn, industry forums, and review platforms like G2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and contribute to discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, and other online communities; share content, answer questions, spark engagement.
  • Content Creation & Localisation: Create new content with relevance to mid-market buyers; adapt global content (blogs, videos, carousels) to APAC context.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Collaborate with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the mid-market segment.
  • SEO & Content Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with global marketing team on content strategies and create regional content that supports organic growth and aligns with keyword strategies.
  • Paid Campaigns: Execute digital ads and campaigns aimed at mid-market enterprises.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics; share insights with the global demand team.
  • Review Platform Management: Oversee the company's presence on G2 and other review platforms; drive review collection to maintain strong ratings.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and positioning in the mid-market space.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work regularly with the APAC sales and business development team for lead transfer, qualification, and feedback to refine outreach and messaging.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize the mid-market customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Persona Development: Refine and maintain detailed buyer personas for mid-market decision-makers.
