The Role:

You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by delivering exceptional cleanliness standards, presentation, and amenities.

  • Achieve guest hygiene expectations.
  • Ensure high-standard cleaning and appearance of the hotel.
  • Clean all general areas, replenish amenities to quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain guest rooms to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Efficiently clean rooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, and replenish amenities.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities or additional items.

About You:

Your skills will include:

  • Experience in hotel housekeeping operations preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail in cleaning and presentation.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service and meeting quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
