The Role:

We seek a detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor with strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence and exceptional guest service.

  • Supervise housekeeping teams to ensure effective systems and procedures are in place
  • Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity
  • Empower staff to develop good practices and maintain them
  • Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across areas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety processes and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with other departments for smooth transitions
  • Assist in on-the-job training and development

  • Proven experience in housekeeping operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for developing team skills and promoting guest satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions promptly
  • Capacity to work a full-time schedule
