Agricultural Business Development Executive

An exciting opportunity exists for an Agricultural Business Manager in Rockhampton, Queensland. This role is responsible for supporting regional Agribusiness customers.

Main Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Provide sound advice and guidance to customers on their business options, including risk and opportunity for growth.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and proactively identify new business and referral opportunities through extensive networks.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a banker, preferably in Agribusiness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and credit assessment.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
