What you'll do (aka your chance to shine):

  • Generate leads with calls, flyers, and old-school door knocking
  • Build real, lasting relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Help run open homes and make them sparkle (qualifications pending)
  • Stay on top of data, prospecting, and new marketing ideas
  • Be a key player in growing our brand and reach

What we're looking for:

  • You're a go-getter who loves talking to people in person and on the phone
  • Someone who loves to be persistent and sees rejection (when prospecting) as a chance to prove themselves
  • You're eager to learn and open to feedback (we'll train you)
  • You think on your feet, spot opportunities, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Able to work independently without being micromanaged consistently
  • You have a passion for property and see yourself in the industry for the long run
  • Real estate license or have started your course is required.
  • Someone who can handle the workload that comes with this industry
