Property Accounting Expert

We are seeking an experienced Property Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role will support a key property division and provide critical financial analysis and reporting to the leadership team.

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports, board reports and annual financial statements
  • Support the annual business plan process, including managing group and divisional deadlines, presentation material, scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Manage the external audit process of the divisional financial statements
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic plans are achieved and exceeded

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders, and developing financial information.

The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a proven track record in property accounting or a related field.

Requirements:
  • Membership of CPA/CA or equivalent
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills
