We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Nursing and Midwifery Education Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating clinical placements for our undergraduate nursing students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical placement plans that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Ensure that all clinical placements meet the required standards and guidelines.
- Provide support and guidance to students during their clinical placements.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Educator (West) and Placement Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of clinical placements.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, with recent clinical experience.
- Hold or be working towards a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant education qualification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
