Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have expertise in automation and want to leverage their skills to drive business efficiency.

  • This role involves identifying areas of improvement within business processes and developing technology solutions to automate and streamline operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or scripting languages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and documenting current business processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions.
  • Developing scripts and configuring workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Creatingsalesforce configuration documentation Job Responsibilities: Maintaining detailed documentation for all automated processes and systems.
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation scripts and solutions for performance and reliability.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices for automation.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in process or technology automation, strong proficiency in one or more automation tools/platforms and scripting languages (Power Platform), solid understanding of process analysis, mapping, and optimization, and experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
