As a Business Test Analyst, you'll play a critical role in improving testing capabilities and delivering customer experience projects within the International Wealth and Premier Banking team in Sydney.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working in an Agile scrum team to deliver customer experience projects.
  • Building effective working relationships with analysis and design teams.
  • Collaborating with the Business Analyst, Product Owner, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
  • Developing and implementing test strategies, publishing test execution reports, and creating test cases in Jira.
  • Executing test cases within test cycles, identifying gaps in testing by reviewing post-implementation issues, and updating test scripts accordingly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant experience in agile projects and digital servicing platforms.
  • Strong skills in test analysis and requirements analysis.
  • Domain experience in areas such as Mobile and Public Website.
  • Demonstrated experience in test management techniques and approaches.
  • Strong team approach, can-do attitude, and ability to work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in automated testing is an added advantage.
