Key Responsibilities:- Assume leadership for the service to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children and staff within our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) setting.
- Manage attendance records and casual booking schedules to guarantee child safety and proper supervision.
- Supervise and support other educators to ensure they comprehend and fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging, educational programs, while maintaining accurate observations and reflection journals.
- A qualification in Child Education and Care or be working towards one.
- Previous experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) in a similar role.
- Hold a certificate in Identifying and Reporting Children at Risk.
- Be current in First Aid certification.
- Hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check.
