We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Business Systems to join our team at RMIT University. As a key member of our International and Engagement group, you will play a critical role in driving industry engagement and revenue generation through innovative business systems.

As a Senior Analyst, Business Systems, you will be responsible for supporting platform development on Salesforce and other systems as required, aligning business processes for external engagement, and conducting analysis to develop workflows, establish rules, and manage data sharing, extraction, and migration.

You will also be responsible for managing engagement data, system administration, and gap analysis to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions, enhancing data integrity and user adoption. Additionally, you will provide systems training, process documentation, and support to ensure users are well-equipped and confident in using the platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver CRM solutions (preferably Salesforce or Raiser's Edge) to achieve strategic objectives and operational plans within a best practice environment.
  • Manage project development, systems development, data analytics, and report development to inform decision-making.
  • Develop creative solutions to technical and business problems, leveraging outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work effectively with customer service, sales, and marketing teams focused on fundraising, B2B engagement, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-level services aligned with their goals.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from a range of clients and stakeholders.
