This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive support for network and security-related products and solutions, including firewalls, routers, switches, network monitoring tools, and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NGFW, IPSec, SSL/TLS, NAT, IDS/IPS, and hands-on experience in formulating network design artefacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Network Configuration Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Cisco, FortiGate, and Meraki equipment configuration.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Proven ability to analyze and resolve technical issues, with a focus on finding mitigations to prevent recurrence.
- Security Protocols: Understanding of NGFW, IPSec, SSL/TLS, NAT, IDS/IPS protocols and technologies.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience supporting cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS.
Qualifications and certifications in IT, CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, CCNA Security, and/or NSE4 in Fortinet are highly desirable. Alternatively, 5+ years of relevant experience can be considered equivalent to a degree.
