Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Network Cybersecurity Expert. This position encompasses the provision of comprehensive support for network and cybersecurity-related products and solutions, encompassing firewalls, routers, switches, network monitoring tools, and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure various network devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Commission new sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with the Service Desk team.
  • Perform ad-hoc network programming or software upgrades as needed.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve problems or study new offerings.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation on design, implementation, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in network and cybersecurity fields.
  • Proven expertise in Firewalls, Routing & Switching.
  • Detailed understanding of network security technologies such as NGFW, IPSec, SSL/TLS, NAT, IDS/IPS.
  • Hands-on experience in formulating network design artefacts.
  • A good understanding or experience with SD-WAN and SASE technologies and solutions.
  • Supporting cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS.

Qualifications:
