Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for residents, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Mentor and support care and service staff, enhancing their performance and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Stay current with aged care documentation requirements, ensuring accurate and timely recording of resident information.
  • Identify and address training needs for clinical and care staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems.
What's On Offer

We offer a competitive salary of AU$85,000 - AU$105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:

  • Flexibility: Full-time, part-time, and casual roles available.
  • Subsidised accommodation and relocation assistance.
  • Variety of shifts available (morning, afternoon, and night duty).
