Our Expectations
">- You will undertake risk assessments for complex tasks in conjunction with internal and external teams to develop effective strategies for minimizing workplace injuries.
- Support managers and supervise activities to foster a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
- Manage a small team of HSEQ Advisors in partnership with the Regional HSEQ Manager.
- Travel throughout the designated regions to support project requirements and collaborate with the HSEQ team.
- Implement and maintain the organization's safety management system, ensuring compliance with business, client, and legislative requirements.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and facilitate the sharing of lessons learned to improve safety performance.
