\Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist\

The IT Functional Lead plays a pivotal role in our Business Technology and Digital Transformation Division, focusing on IT Business Solutions for Supply Chain management.

\

This position involves collaborating with business functions to identify and analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies.

\

Key responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Partnering with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.\
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives focused on large-scale system implementations, enhancements, and solution validation.\
  • Designing and documenting innovative solutions that meet technical, security, compliance, and business needs using SAP S/4 HANA and other platforms.\
  • Driving change impact assessments, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and process adaptation across organizations.\
  • Mentoring junior analysts, fostering effective team dynamics, and applying Business Relationship Management practices to deliver value.\
  • Contributing to strategic projects involving ERP optimization, cloud integrations, and emerging technologies including Blue Yonder and MuleSoft.\

    • SAP implementation and management experience is essential, with a strong focus on S/4HANA. Hands-on expertise in configuring multiple SAP modules (LE, PP, MM, EWM, IM, WM) is required, along with current SAP certification in at least two Supply Chain relevant modules.\
    • The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional projects. A solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and best practices is also necessary.\

      • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.\
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.\
