Rail Infrastructure Experts Wanted

We are seeking multiple engineers with experience in mechanical or electrical disciplines to support the development and delivery of rolling stock upgrades for a major rail project.
This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension, working as part of an engineering team responsible for design, development, integration, validation and ongoing maintenance of systems across multiple fleets.
- Design and develop technical solutions while ensuring adherence to applicable processes, standards and best practices.
- Develop technical documentation for new and upgraded systems and components.
- Provide technical advice, guidance and governance.
- Support risk assessments, FEA, FMECAs and other technical activities.
Candidates should have a strong background in either mechanical or electrical engineering, with relevant certifications and experience in design, CAD, FEA and similar areas.
The rail industry is constantly evolving, and we are looking for talented individuals who can help drive innovation and excellence in this field.
- Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related discipline.
- RPEng certification is mandatory; CPEng would be beneficial.
- Strong experience in mechanical design, CAD, FEA etc. for the Mechanical role.
- Strong experience in electrical design, low voltage, 12 – 110V DC systems, basic control/switching, cabling, etc. for the Electrical role.
