Job Title: Patient Transport Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking qualified patient transport drivers to work across Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter and Illawarra areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive vehicles in a safe and responsible manner to transport patients
  • Assess and provide immediate first aid care for patients in line with policies and procedures
  • Liaise with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate documentation and maintenance of clinical requirements
  • Ensure security, safety and maintenance of equipment and goods to support effective functioning
  • Provide patient care and comfort, ensuring vehicles and equipment are cleaned and maintained

Key Requirements:

  • A current unrestricted manual driver's license
  • A demonstrated good driving record
  • Current first aid certificate and CPR
  • A national police check (no older than 3 months)
  • Current Working with Children Check for Paid Work
  • Current Record of Immunisations
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
