IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on technical position that involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Linux and Microsoft systems, as well as a strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy, configure, and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.
- System Administration: Manage and maintain on-prem Active Directory and hybrid cloud environments, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune, SCCM), and On-prem Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide level 2 and 3 support, responding to server-related incidents and service requests. Monitor system performance and conduct patching, updates, and backups.
- Education: IT degree in Engineering, Science, Maths, or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in systems/infrastructure engineering roles across cloud networking and Microsoft Stack.
- Skill Set: Strong experience with Linux and Microsoft systems, as well as a strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments.
- Soft Skills: Great communication skills, articulate and clear. Strong customer-focused and experience providing level 2 and level 3 support.
