Job Title: Access Control Manager

Job Description:

The access control manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all facilities. This position requires leading a team of employees to deliver high-quality access solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example and promoting a safety culture
  • Developing and implementing safety procedures and plans with the project engineer
  • Managing and supervising team performance, including management of disciplinary issues and first-line resolution of IR issues

Key skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the access industry
  • Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
