Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager APAC

Our client, a leading provider of innovative hydraulic products and services, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain leader to join their team in Australia. As the Senior Supply Chain Manager for APAC, you will be pivotal in driving the strategic planning and execution of supply chain operations across the region, including Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an overall strategic plan for the supply chain function within the APAC region.
  • Oversee and implement efficient inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across the APAC region.
  • Develop supplier strategy, maintain strong relationships with internal and external suppliers and vendors, and negotiate contracts.
  • Evaluate and enhance supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and increase overall productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team located both in ANZ and SE Asia.
  • Utilise data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimise supply chain performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role, with a strong focus on inventory management within the services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing regional supply chain operations across ANZ and ideally the APAC region.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders including at a global level.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in system implementation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
