Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to join our team as a Floor Manager. This key role is responsible for leading the store team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding leadership by embodying the company's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Driving sales growth through coaching and developing the skills of team members, resulting in consistently high performance.
  • Utilizing data insights to inform operational decisions, collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitating open communication within the team, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining effective relationships with the management team.

This is a full-time position requiring 5 days of availability across key trading times, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in interpreting and inputting data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership, with a passion for being on the sales floor to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent client service skills and a passion for experiential retail, ensuring the store represents the brand's values.
  • A results-driven attitude, with a history of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
