We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Regis Aged Care, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a key member of our residential aged care team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. This will involve performing routine cleaning tasks, interacting with residents in a friendly and positive manner, and adhering to infection control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift
  • Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas of the facility, following established cleaning protocols
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facility
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission
  • Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Collaborate with other staff members to support a clean and comfortable living environment for residents

To be successful in this role, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply an NDIS worker screening clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
