We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our family-owned dealership in central Queensland.
The successful candidate will have recent experience working in a dealership environment, specifically in the parts department. Key responsibilities include identifying automotive parts and components, consulting catalogues, advising customers, receiving and filling orders, invoicing, and dispatching.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, with previous dealership experience being highly advantageous. Additionally, effective time management skills, customer service focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer literacy are essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and locate automotive parts and components
- Consult catalogues and advise customers on part selection
- Receive and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Invoice customers promptly and professionally
- Coordinate dispatch of orders in a timely manner
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a parts coordinator or similar role
- Previous dealership experience is highly desirable
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Current manual driver's license
- Australian work rights
