Position Overview
We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of international taxation and provide critical economic insights.
About the Role
- Deliver sophisticated economic analysis and advice on complex cross-border transactions.
- Ensure alignment with the arm's length principle to support fair and accurate tax outcomes in accordance with Australian law.
- Develop international tax strategies and innovative compliance initiatives.
- Manage, coach and mentor junior team members and support training on economic or technical matters.
- Identify, analyse and resolve complex transfer pricing and profit shifting risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in transfer pricing and understanding Australia's legislative and policy framework.
- Economic expertise to provide clear, detailed advice on complex issues with confidence and precision.
- Lead with vision, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and resources.
- Excel in communication, coaching, and team leadership.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, analytical environment with global influence.
Requirements
- Expertise in transfer pricing and understanding Australia's legislative and policy framework.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements
This role will be offered in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Perth or Sydney CBD. You must be an Australian citizen to work with the ATO. People with disability and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.
