We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead our team of professionals.

The successful candidate will oversee the growth and development of our fabrication workshop, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Diverse industry contracts and projects include defence, rail, mining, and manufacturing.

Job Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following key requirements:

  • Australian citizenship and the capacity to satisfy Defence Security Clearances
  • Formal trade qualifications in engineering to a minimum Certificate III level in medium to heavy duty fabrication
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, managing small teams or demonstrated attributes to effectively become a leader
  • Capacity to execute a production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow, and producing shift production summaries
  • Strong software and computer skills, supported by strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and drive change and positive initiatives, and clearly and effectively communicate with staff at all levels across the business
