Production Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production in our workshop. The ideal candidate will lead a team of five workers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with our production planner to align schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the workshop team through clear instructions and on-the-job training.
  • Able to implement efficient manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and developing staff within a metal fabrication environment.
  • Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and the Lean/Six-Sigma approach is highly desirable.
  • Ensuring team safety and workshop organization.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Managing or supervising a team in metal fabrication is essential for this role.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality products and brand excellence.
