- Handle guest enquiries efficiently, creating tailored experiences that meet their requirements.
- Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests, paying close attention to detail.
- Build relationships with guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, encouraging repeat bookings.
- Experience with property management systems or similar software.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
