We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive in the Gold Coast. This role is an excellent chance to work creatively and collaboratively with our marketing team to support the implementation of our digital and social marketing strategy.
This 12-month maternity leave cover position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts and contribute to the success of our business.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and manage content across various digital channels, including social media platforms.
- Develop and implement effective social media community management strategies to engage with our online audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update website content, including writing and editing articles, blog posts, and other engaging materials.
- Assist in the development of social and content strategies for marketing and partnerships campaigns.
- Deliver post-campaign reports to measure the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in online site management and marketing, with a focus on digital marketing channels.
- Proven expertise in social media marketing, content planning, and scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong online presence through creative and engaging content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial analysis, including creating purchase orders and matching invoices.

Salary and benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
