Job Overview

This is an opportunity to work as a Tyre Service Coordinator, responsible for coordinating with technicians and customer support teams to provide exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch communication to the Roadside Support teams.
  • Coordinate service with Roadside Technicians in urgent and non-urgent situations.
  • Work proactively to resolve customer flat tyre events using available resources.
  • Strategically manage loaner wheel assets to support the Roadside Team and partners.
  • Accurately manage job information and requests into dispatch operations and customer relationship management systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Roadside or fleet dispatching experience preferred.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs.
  • Experience with Dispatch Management Systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive chassis and wheel repair/replacement.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
