About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tyre Services Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality tyre services and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Oversee and execute complex tyre installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks for commercial vehicles.
  • Mentor junior technicians and trainees, providing training and troubleshooting support.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Advise customers on tyre care, maintenance, and selection, addressing concerns professionally and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in tyre fitting, balancing, and repair for commercial vehicles.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in mobile commercial tyre services.
  • Extensive experience as a Tyre Technician.
  • Certifications in tyre fitting and automotive repair.
  • A current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
  • A valid driving license required for mobile tyre fitting roles.
