Development Projects and Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and highly organised individual to join our team as a Development Projects and Engagement Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing stakeholder engagement initiatives and providing administrative support for projects and events.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and experience in event coordination, executive administrative duties and CRM management. They will be able to meet deadlines, prioritise work and multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Engagement Manager and the Development team to deliver supporter and corporate partner engagement, acquisition and stewardship activities and events.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the Director of Development, including diary management and responding to enquiries.
  • Maintain project and department-wide databases, including the CRM, and prepare tracking mechanisms, progress reports, donor profiles and briefing notes.
  • E nsure timely and accurate invoicing, receipting and financial tracking in conjunction with the Finance department.
