As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will join our on-site People & Culture team near Proserpine, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Tasmania. Your primary focus will be recruiting frontline roles across our Prawn operations in Mission Beach/Proserpine/Sydney and Barramundi operations near Broome.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective Social Media Recruiting: Utilizing LinkedIn, Seek, and Facebook to identify and attract top talent.
  • Passion for Recruitment: Demonstrating a clear enthusiasm for finding the best fit for the job and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Partnering with Leaders: Collaborating with leaders to find ideal candidates and building strong relationships.
  • People Culture: Prioritizing the right fit for the organization and driving compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Compliance and Flexibility: Ensuring 100% compliance and contractual adherence, while being a pragmatic thinker and solution-finder.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handling all aspects of the recruitment process with hands-on expertise.
