We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Discovery Expert to join our dynamic team at Tassal Group.

This role is based in Proserpine and will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Tasmania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting frontline roles across our Prawn operations in Mission Beach, Proserpine, and Sydney, as well as our Barramundi operations near Broome.

We are looking for someone with a passion for finding the best talent and delivering contemporary recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience using social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Seek, and Facebook, to identify and attract top talent.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Social Media Recruiting: Utilize social media platforms to identify and attract top talent
  • Passion: Demonstrate a clear passion for finding the best person for the job and delivering contemporary recruitment solutions
  • Partnering: Thrive on partnering with leaders to find their ideal candidate
  • People Culture: Drive a passion for getting the 'right' fit
  • Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance and contractual adherence during the recruiting process
  • Flexibility, Agility, and Organisation: Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to finding solutions and assisting the team when needed
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Excel at handling all end-to-end recruitment tasks
