Job Title: Mobile Plant Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to operate a range of plant equipment at our Resource Recovery Centres. This role offers the opportunity to drive Heavy Vehicle combinations within the SEQ area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate earthmoving equipment and participate in resource recovery initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
  • Conduct general labouring duties as required to support operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork to ensure sustainability goals are met.

About You:

  • Hold relevant licenses and tickets, including experience operating dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes and driving Heavy Vehicles.
  • Possess an LF Forklift license (advantageous) and MC Heavy vehicle license or HC license minimum.
  • Be able to work across two Northside locations with flexibility to support other sites.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Cultivate a safety-first mindset.
  • Be willing to undergo pre-employment medical testing, including drug and alcohol screening.
