About the role:
- As a Warranty Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting regulatory and testing requirements related to product quality and usability.
- You will test and analyze product samples to evaluate their safety, quality, and usability.
- Maintaining the requirements to meet Restricted Refrigerant Trading Authorization (RRTA) obligations is also a key responsibility.
- You will log returned products to ensure they are entered in the system under the correct category.
- Inspecting and analyzing electrical warranty returns is another critical task.
- You will create weekly reports for all test and analysis actions for site.
- Processing and fixing electrical products, such as generators and camp fridges, is also part of the job.
- Ensuring all hazards are assessed, eliminated, or where not possible to eliminate, controlling the extent of risk is essential.
- You will contribute to safety across the distribution centre through safe work behaviors and approaches at all times.
About you
- You should have 12v electrical experience or technical product experience.
- Excellent communication skills for providing verbal explanation or written reports to management are required.
- You should be able to prioritize, manage multiple tasks at once, and work to deadlines.
- A positive attitude with a team mindset, but also be able to work independently with minimal supervision, is necessary.
