Our Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our Allied Health team in Canning Vale. This full-time position involves providing administrative assistance, answering telephone queries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Prac Suite is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Allied Health team
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to queries in a professional manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Process payments and manage accounts receivable
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Prac Suite is advantageous
