About the Role

As a vital team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely product distribution to customers. We are seeking a highly organized individual who can optimize distribution plans, reduce transportation costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribution Planning: Collaborate with manufacturing teams, downstream businesses, and third-party logistics providers to execute weekly dispatch plans in a timely manner.
  • Transportation Optimization: Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce transportation expenses.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transportation companies and authorities to ensure the availability of trucks and shipping resources to meet freight business needs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure products are delivered on time to customers, guaranteeing a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Compliance Management: Support compliance with regulations for products delivered to customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Support the resolution of problems, including stock reconciliations, to maintain stock visibility and traceability, avoiding losses due to non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, and returns.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure operational and site SAP system processes are effectively utilized to maintain efficient, timely inventory movements, including material movements, write-offs, and goods receipt.
  • Purchase Requisitions: Create purchase requisitions to ensure raw materials and accessories align with Transport Management, ensuring accurate freight order creation.
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Safety Compliance: Comply with all site safety requirements.
