Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- To ensure that our customers receive a professional and friendly service, consistently delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

- Business Operations:
- To manage and control departmental financial targets, including gross profits, stock levels, and operating costs.
- To oversee payroll management, ensuring effective allocation of labor resources and minimizing costs.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management on departmental performance.
- Team Management:
- To lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Quality and Safety:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
