Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in the management and delivery of the Transport Connected Bus program.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of spatial analysts and data entry officers who work with spatial data to build bus routes and timetables. You will also collaborate with delivery teams and bus operator stakeholders to deliver all aspects of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a high-performing team of spatial analysts and data entry officers.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and bus operator stakeholders to deliver all aspects of the program.
  • Analyse stakeholder needs and impacts and develop and execute change interventions to maximise user uptake and embed new technology solutions within the business.
About You
  • You have expertise in project management and the management of change.
  • You have experience in the management and gathering of spatial data including routes and timetables.
  • You have exposure to bus technology and working with bus operators.
  • You are an excellent communicator with proven capability to develop and manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We also offer flexible hybrid work options, allowing you to mix in-person days at our office with remote days.
