About The Role

As a retail assistant at Perth Zoo, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills while interacting with visitors from around the world.

You will be responsible for operating POS systems, restocking food and drink displays, maintaining an organized dining area, clearing and cleaning tables, and providing friendly professional assistance to guests.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Should be capable of performing a 3-plate carry safely and efficiently.
  • Prior experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and focused on completing tasks.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn new skills.
