Site Management Lead

Responsibilities:
The Site Manager will be responsible for supporting a range of client-facing activities and managing the performance of a team of technicians/subcontractors. This role is hands-on, supervising trades on the job and ensuring the completion of project works on site.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Site set-outs
- Program and sequencing updating
- Contractor/supplier procurement, programming, and liaison
- Contract and HSEQ administration
- Material take-offs when required
- Quality control
- Detailing
- Material ordering
- Daily diary log and notes
- Defect inspections and reports
- Invoice checking and coding when required
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a service or carpentry trade role
- WPCG or working on a fuel site experience is an advantage, however training can be supplied
- Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings
- Ability to manage and liaise professionally with subcontractors and clients on site
- Excellent organisational, planning, and programming skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- An innate eye for detail
- An understanding of OHS regulatory codes
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- White Card
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Police Check Clearance
