The Role

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a senior operator to join our Tenant Representation team in Melbourne. As a senior member of the team, you will lead and grow the Victorian team, providing high-quality advice, strategy, and representation to corporate occupier clients in an office setting. This role will be responsible for setting and reviewing the strategic direction of the Australian business, with opportunities to expand your experience beyond a single market in a state and potentially national role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent tenant representation services to commercial office users, guided by trust, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism
  • Develop new business, including initiating revenue-generating activities and plans to target new clients
  • Work with the Occupier Services team nationally to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the Business Plan
  • Collaborate across the Knight Frank business to introduce potential national clients to other business lines
  • Maintain key global relationships in EMEA, South East Asia, Japan, and the United States
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Degree qualified in Property or Business (preferred)
  • High attention to detail, analytical skillset, and ability to work well in a team
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License (essential)
