About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Weipa, Queensland. As a Speech Pathologist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with NDIS participants and private clients to deliver person-centered services and enhance participation and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech pathology services to NDIS participants and private clients in a disability sector context
  • Develop individualized strategies and clinical management plans that are responsive to the person's needs and in line with their goals
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, teachers, and colleagues to deliver a tailored service
  • Build on delivering a tailored service, and where challenges arise, approach them collaboratively
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a Speech Pathologist role
  • Criminal History Check
  • Yellow Card
  • Blue Card
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete
  • Current Australian Driver's License
  • Cultural Awareness Training or willingness to participate
