Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in Weipa. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with NDIS participants, private clients, and stakeholders to deliver person-centered services that enhance participation and independence.

• Develop and implement individualized strategies and clinical management plans that are responsive to the person's needs and in line with their goals.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, teachers, and colleagues to deliver a tailored service.
• Build on delivering a tailored service, and where challenges arise, approach them collaboratively.

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 12 months experience working in a Speech Pathologist role
• Criminal History Check
• Yellow Card
• Blue Card
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete
• Current Australian Driver's License
• Cultural Awareness Training or willingness to participate
