About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Uniting Nareen Gardens in Bateau Bay. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with household activities such as catering, cleaning, and laundry, prioritizing the dignity and independence of our residents.

  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities, fostering a sense of community and connection.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as cleaning or laundry services, or any other community care position.
