Senior Digital Creative

The Senior Digital Creative will be responsible for conceptualising, designing and delivering digital assets across multiple platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing creativity with technical expertise while managing multiple projects end-to-end.

You'll be responsible for designing visually impactful marketing assets across digital channels, including social media, email, display ads, presentations and event collateral.

  • Design and produce high-quality creative work from concept through to delivery, across a variety of formats and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets that align with campaign goals and brand strategy.
  • Provide design direction and feedback to other team members, supporting consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the ideation and visual storytelling of campaign video content, working with content creators to shape and evolve concepts.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand creative briefs and translate them into compelling, brand-aligned design solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Digital Designer.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow and Canva are required.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, UX/UI design, wireframes and prototyping is essential.
  • Ability to manage projects independently while working within brand guidelines.
  • Agency or financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
